Renowned Indonesian architect Andra Matin invites us into his creative world with Proses, an exhibition presented by BYO Living that explores the evolution of his design thinking. Running until March 16th, Proses reflects Matin’s signature approach—minimal yet deeply contextual, modern yet corresponds to the Indonesian tropics. Through models, and conceptual works, the exhibition offers an intimate glimpse into the journey behind architectural mastery.

Nyepi: Bali’s Day of Silence
On March 11th, Bali comes to a complete standstill for Nyepi, the sacred Balinese Day of Silence. Unlike any other New Year celebration, Nyepi is marked by 24 hours of total quiet—no travel, no lights, and no distractions—allowing space for reflection and renewal. It follows the vibrant Ogoh-Ogoh parade, where giant mythical effigies are carried through the streets before the island embraces absolute stillness. For travelers, it’s a rare moment to experience Bali in its most meditative and mystical state.
