Stay, Dine and Discover With Confidence

The future of travel is changing and we feel greatly honored to be trusted in creating a memorable stay for our guests during these unusual times. 

The wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance. As we closely monitor the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) statements in regards of COVID-19 cases and adhere to guidelines from the local health departments and authorities, we have implemented the below health and safety protocols with CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety and Environment) certified by Ministry of Tourism to ensure our guests have complete peace of mind whenever they are at Titik Dua.

Temperature Checks

All guests, associates, and suppliers will receive a temperature check upon arrival. Any individuals with a temperature above 3°C will not be allowed to enter the property. We can assist in arranging a doctor’s appointment if required.

Face Coverings

The use of face masks are required for all guests and associates within the property grounds, especially in indoor public spaces.

Public Spaces and In-Room Sanitisation

Staying true to local empowerment, we are partnering with Bali’s best hygiene specialists that provides us hospital-grade disinfectants to be used for sanitisation in all public spaces as well as our guest rooms. In guest rooms, Titik Dua has added detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned by using disinfectant fogging machines and UV light that are effective against viruses in the air and on surfaces. Stationeries, room keys, and guest luggage sanitisation is also on our priority list before it is sent to the room. We will mark with a  ‘sanitized sign’ once the practice has been executed.

Safe Distancing

Titik Dua Coffee + Cocktail is out of service temporarily during pandemic as we consider this space may have limited air circulation. Therefore, we have centralized our dining service in our outdoor Pool Terrace that has prominent air circulation. We have seamlessly reconfigured all public spaces to facilitate a minimum 1,5m safe distance without compromising on service and style.

Contactless Services

To minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission through any physical contacts, Titik Dua has placed  signages at all entrance access to remind guests of the health and safety precautions. Guests are encouraged to use cashless payments and digitalised menus using QR code.

Care Pack and Hand Sanitiser

Guests will receive  Titik Dua curated care packs, containing face mask and hand sanitizer, upon request during the check-in process. Hospital-grade hand sanitizers are strategically placed on all floors and at high-contact areas of the hotel.

Food & Beverage Safety Measures

Titik Dua has modified dining venue floor plans and reduced seating at our Pool Terrace to ensure physical distancing is in place. All surfaces are always sanitized between guest use. To control guest flow and occupancy, we encourage guests to reserve in advance. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used for food handling in compliance with all procedures of food safety protocols. All dry and fresh produce are disinfected and unpacked outside the kitchen before being stored to avoid contamination. The delivery person is not authorized to enter the premises and must only come during the opening hours of the hotel.

Operations Efficiency

Titik Dua will proceed a quick check-in process and then escort guests directly to the room to avoid crowds gathering in the lobby area. During these circumstances, the operating hours of all hotel outlets have been reduced from 11am to 8pm. Limited staff will stand by 24 hours to assist any hotel guest queries. To fulfil productivity, all communication is maintained through WhatsApp chat and room cleaning service will be done once on a daily basis. Nevertheless, other services will remain available upon request.
